Rod McLeod

Rod is passionate about the property industry and has built an established network of architects, planners and consultants. The drive is to deliver projects that are profitable and sustainable which establish a brand and legacy for stakeholders.
Rod's strength in communication and management enables a coordinated and collaborative team approach to deliver successful projects.

Rod has developed an extensive client base along the Eastern seaboard of Australia and has managed over 100 successful projects including a significant amount of greenfield projects, existing development additions and several brownfield renovations.
​
He has delivered circa $1B in Aged Care and Retirement, as well as a multitude of apartment developments, high net worth private residences, commercial projects, infrastructure projects, refurbishments, fit-outs and hospitals.
Rod provides a wealth of experience and an intimate knowledge of site acquisitions, feasibility, planning, establishing teams, design management, procurement, finance, tender and construction.

John Jorgensen
​
John's career spans three decades, with the first 20 years of his career in senior management positions for Tier 1 construction contractors and the last 10 years as an owner of Tumac.
​
John provides our projects with his technical construction knowledge, understanding of integrated management processes and has vast experience using a variety of procurement and delivery methods.
​
John’s career has spanned across several sectors including Multi-Unit Residential, Education, Health, Airports, Aged-Care, Retail, Commercial Offices and High-End Homes.
​
His strong working & personal relationships with senior management of both the Consultants, Head Contractors and even down to the subcontractor market. This allows our clients a better insight into current market factors to aid the feasibility and design processes pre-tender. We are also able to identify suitable head contractor tender panels matching the right the contractors for the right projects, which is critical to a successful tender.
